By using Rise & Hire, you accept these terms. If you do not accept, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description
Rise & Hire is an AI-powered CV generation service. By providing your professional information, you receive a professional ATS-optimized CV by email in PDF format.
3. Payment
The service costs €7.99 per CV (one-time payment, no subscription). Payment is processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Transactions appear as "Paddle" on your bank statement. VAT is included where applicable and handled entirely by Paddle.
4. Digital Service & Right of Withdrawal
- EU/UK customers: In accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, by clicking the payment button you expressly agree to immediate delivery and waive your 14-day right of withdrawal. If your CV has not yet been generated, you may exercise your withdrawal right on the dedicated page.
- Brazilian customers: In accordance with Article 49 of the Consumer Defense Code (CDC), you have 7 days to withdraw if the CV has not yet been delivered. Contact: contact@riseandhire.com
- US customers: No federal right of withdrawal applies to immediately delivered digital products. Our no-refund policy is clearly disclosed before purchase.
- All other countries: We respect applicable local consumer protection laws.
5. No Refund Policy
As this is a digital service delivered immediately, no refunds are issued after delivery. In case of technical issues, we will correct or regenerate your CV free of charge. Contact: contact@riseandhire.com with your Paddle order number.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to provide accurate information and use the generated CV solely for lawful job seeking. Fraudulent or misleading use is prohibited.
7. Intellectual Property
The generated CV belongs entirely to you. Rise & Hire retains all rights to its platform, algorithms, and interface.
9. Governing Law
- EU consumers: applicable EU consumer protection law and law of consumer's country of residence
- Brazilian consumers: Brazilian law (CDC)
- US consumers: applicable state law
- All others: applicable local consumer protection law
