🇪🇺 European Union & UK — 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU. This right does not apply once you have clicked the payment button (constituting express consent to immediate delivery) and the CV has been generated and delivered. If your CV has NOT yet been delivered, exercise your right on the dedicated page.
🇧🇷 Brazil — 7-day right of withdrawal under Article 49 of the Consumer Defense Code (CDC). If your CV has not yet been delivered, contact us within 7 days at contact@riseandhire.com with your Paddle order number for a full refund.
🇺🇸 United States — No federal right of withdrawal applies to immediately delivered digital products. Our no-refund policy is clearly disclosed before purchase in compliance with applicable state laws.
🇨🇦 Canada / 🇦🇺 Australia / Other countries — We respect applicable local consumer protection laws. If you experience a technical issue, contact us.
