Privacy Policy

1. Data Collected

When creating your CV, we collect only the information you enter in the form: name, email address, professional experience, education, and skills. This data is used exclusively to generate your CV.

2. Data Use

Your data is transmitted to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate your personalized CV, then sent to your email as a PDF. Data is not retained beyond the generation time (maximum 1 hour). CV data is automatically deleted after PDF delivery.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Your information is shared only with our technical providers strictly for service delivery:

• Anthropic (AI CV generation) — GDPR compliant
• Upstash Redis (temporary session storage) — GDPR compliant
• Resend (email delivery) — GDPR compliant
• Paddle (secure payment processing, Merchant of Record) — GDPR compliant

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Transactions appear as "Paddle" on your bank statements. Rise & Hire does not store any banking information.

5. Cookies

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Only strictly functional cookies may be used for proper operation of the service.

6. Your Rights

• EU/UK residents (GDPR): Right to access, rectify, and delete your data.
• Brazilian residents (LGPD): Same rights under Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados.
• California residents (CCPA): Right to know, delete, and opt-out of data sale.

7. International Transfers

All providers (Anthropic, Upstash, Resend, Paddle) are GDPR compliant and process data under Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
